Now think ahead and ask yourself if your car insurer would be so kindly obliged to take that risk and trust on a persons word; not very likely is it?

In order to make your experience with us more personalized, more efficient and naturally friendly too, here are some pointers in making the smoothest approach to equine coverage.
If you are inquiring about a new Equine policy, be prepared to have the following information available:
- Registered name and address the policy will be under
- Contact person name
- Contact phone numbers for day, evening, cell
- Contact email address and/or fax number
- Name of horse(s)
- Breed
- Use of Horse (show,breed,pleasure)
- Age
- Purchase Price / Amount of Coverage
- Type of coverage desired
- Is there a loss payee and if so name and address
- Is the animal in the USA? If not where?
- Is the animal traveling? If so where?
- Payment in USA is by check or Visa/MasterCard
- Payment outside USA is by Visa/MasterCard or Wire Transfer
- Any sickness, illness or surgery within last two years
If renewing your policy we find it easier to locate records through the registered account name primarily, policy number secondly, then the horse details.
